パリとヨーロッパで日本酒が飲める店と銘柄を紹介するガイド。ウェブサイトとInstagramで、各店の料理と日本酒のペアリングを映像で発信し、酒蔵や人が集まるイベントへとつなげていく。
A guide to the restaurants and bars in Paris and across Europe where you can drink Japanese saké, and the brands they pour. On the website and Instagram we film food-and-saké pairings at each venue, leading on to events that bring breweries and people together.
Un guide des restaurants et des bars de Paris et d’Europe où boire du saké japonais, et des références qu’ils proposent. Sur le site et sur Instagram, nous filmons les accords mets-saké de chaque adresse, jusqu’à des événements qui réunissent brasseries et amateurs.

A cinematographer based between France and Japan, working across feature films, documentaries and commercials, with many international collaborations in Europe and Asia. His images aim to serve each story with authenticity and emotional depth. Member of the Japanese Society of Cinematographers (JSC). Representative of Gekkafilm.
Directeur de la photographie installé entre la France et le Japon, il travaille sur des longs métrages, des documentaires et des films publicitaires, et a participé à de nombreuses coproductions internationales entre l’Europe et l’Asie. Son image cherche à servir chaque histoire avec justesse et profondeur. Membre de la Japanese Society of Cinematographers (JSC). Représentant de Gekkafilm.
